Dear Lee,
Thank you very much for all of the assistance you have provided
Treasure Bay Corp. over the last six months. I feel that our company
has benefited a lot from your expertise and the time you spent with
us in Biloxi.
Your consulting work in marketing, finance/cost control, slots, table
games, hotel operations and food and beverage had an immediate
impact on our financial results. While it has been rewarding to see
our revenues grow and our costs reduced, the most gratifying result
of the work you performed is seeing our EBITDA and operating income
grow significantly.
When you were working at the resort each day, we discussed your
concerns about some of the senior members of our management team.
You will be happy to know that I made the personnel changes that we
discussed and have brought in new managers at the top of the
organization. Thus far, the results have been outstanding!! We
continue to grow our market share and our bottom line. While the
decision to change leadership is never easy, the results have proven
your concerns were valid.
Our team continues to work on the acquisition and development
projects that you assisted in. Hopefully, everyone’s hard work will
be rewarded with new opportunities for our company and growth for
all involved.
Once again, thank you for your invaluable assistance in fine tuning
our organization, developing a sustainable competitive strategy and
helping us significantly grow our bottom line.
